Overall health and holistic prevention
How can you maintain healthy oral microbiota?
Brush your teeth thoroughly three times a day and use interdental brushes every evening, as soon as there are gaps between your teeth, to prevent food debris from accumulating and feeding all kinds of bacteria, including harmful ones.
Do not deplete your flora by overusing antibiotics, taking overly concentrated essential oils or colloidal silver orally, or using mouthwash over the long term.
What signs should we look for on our tongue?
A tongue with a large central crack, black areas, such as holes, or a lack of papillae are signs that should alert you.
What are the consequences of oral imbalance?
The bacteria present in tartar are swallowed and severely attack the stomach and intestines. They cross the intestinal barrier and migrate into the bloodstream and organs. According to recent studies, Fusobacterium is involved in half of all stomach and intestinal cancers!
Why is this important?
We are not « as old as our arteries », as the saying goes, but as old as our intestinal barrier. If it is no longer impermeable, it opens the door to all kinds of bacteria, viruses, toxins, pesticides, etc., leading to premature ageing and cancer… Prevention is better than cure. Once the tissues are damaged, the « disease » is in full swing and the imbalance is difficult to control.
Understanding the mechanisms at play allows us to change our habits and return to a healthy lifestyle.

A HOLISTIC APPROACH TO LASTING HEALTH
Caring for your mouth means caring for your whole body
The mouth is only about ten centimetres from the stomach. Tartar bacteria are very aggressive and are involved in half of all stomach and intestinal cancers.
Add to this a diet that is generally too high in sugar (dysbiosis) and the presence of viruses that are too often tolerated and left untreated (the most common being herpes viruses, mononucleosis and cytomegalovirus), and you have the perfect trio for a domino effect that leads to the major afflictions of our time: metabolic syndrome, cancer, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, etc.
Allopathic medicine is well equipped to fight disease, but prevention is still the best solution.
